Managing Principal
Brad Cooper has been with Blue River Development for 22 years. He started his career working for Touchstone Homes in land acquisition. After leaving his first position, he co-founded Capital Partners Development Company. Since then, he has been in partnership with his brother Michael with Blue River Development.
MICHAEL
COOPER
Managing Principal
A former member of the United States Navy, Michael Cooper completed a tour at Top Gun Naval Airstrike Warfare Center. After leaving the Navy, Michael started an accounts receivable management firm where he applied his knowledge of systems-based processes to the finance industry. In 2013, Michael joined his brother at Blue River Development.
