CASEY HILL

CEO

Working in the homebuilding industry his entire professional career, Hill spent over 35 years with two of the largest national homebuilding companies in the United States before transitioning to his role as CEO of Blue River Lifestyle Communities. Hill started his career in the industry as a staff-level accountant, later advancing through the organizations to hold various financial and operational roles and eventually working his way up to senior management positions, including division and regional president roles.

SAM ESLAMI

Project Construction Manager

Sam graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University with major in Commercial construction management and minor in Business. During college he was worked on multiple commercial projects ranging from $1MM to $5MM including shopping centers, restaurants and carwashes. After earning my degree Sam moved onto larger scale projects including multiple ground up multi-family apartment complex’s and high-end condominium projects some of which are mixed use. One of the higher-end condos was featured in Atlanta Magazine. Additionally, Sam has built a ground up boutique hotel, Law office building, and multiple restaurants. Furthermore, he design/built several high-end luxury single family homes ranging from $800K-$1MM+.

BRAD
COOPER

Managing Principal

Brad is co-founder and managing principal-owner of Blue River Development, LLC, leading the company's diverse array of development projects. Brad's passion for vibrant communities, disciplined approach and focus on building and maintaining quality relationships continue to drive the company's success.

Prior to starting Blue River Development, Brad served as Vice President at NAl Brannen Goddard, LLC, where he played a crucial part in driving business growth and development strategies. Brad also served as a Commissioner on the DeKalb County Planning Commission in Atlanta. As a commissioner, he had the responsibility of making important land use and zoning decisions, while also providing strategic guidance for the county's growth. Brad's financial acumen and expertise in retail and residential development were demonstrated during his tenure as CFO of Capital Partners Development, Inc. He successfully managed operations, overseeing all aspects of site acquisition, product selection, and construction budgets.

Brad's exceptional track record of accomplishments, coupled with his expertise in driving growth, strategic planning and financial management, has solidified his reputation as a trusted leader in the real estate industry.

MICHAEL
COOPER

Managing Principal

Michael is co-founder and managing principal-owner of Blue River Development specializing in the land and lot origination business for the home building industry. With Michael's direct oversight, Blue River transacts thousands of homesites each year leading to dozens of communities in and surrounding the Atlanta market & stretching across the southeastern region. These efforts have resulted in more than $30 million in profits over the last 36 months. Michael's focus on systems-based operations has resulted in a land pipeline with predictable flow and margin outcomes.

Prior to this, Michael served in the United States Navy as team leader of the flight line at the Naval Strike Air Warfare Center, Top Gun (NSAWC), before transitioning into an entrepreneurial career leading him to apply a disciplined focus to business development and attributing to the unparalleled success of Blue River.
